As a print on demand store, please be aware that all our products are produced specifically for each order. Due to the nature of our production process, returns and refunds may not always be possible.

Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page.

1. Returns

Given the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request clear photographs of the product to assess the issue.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for our products. If you require a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.

4. Cancellations

As we start production immediately after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of the order being placed. Please contact our customer support team to request a cancellation.
